Shipping Policy & Questions:
Phoenix Tactical ships all products via Correos (www.correos.es) with delivery confirmation. You will be notified via email when your order ships and provided with the tracking number.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address that Correos recognizes, delivers to, and that has an adult available to receive the package or is a secure location. If an order is returned to Phoenix Tactical as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the package. This includes packages returned because someone was not available to sign for the package. Phoenix Tactical cannot be responsible for an order once the package is out of our hands. WE WILL NOT REPLACE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN ‘LOST IN THE MAIL’ IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS THE ITEM AS DELIVERED.
My card was charged. Does this mean my order shipped?
No. Your card is charged but your entire order will be ready for shipment in 1-5 days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.We ship to the European Community, Canada and USA
Do you offer other shipment options besides Correos?
Generally, no. If you have a special circumstance that requires a different carrier please contact us before placing your order. You will be responsible for the full cost of the requested shipping method and desired insurance.
